Job Role

Assisting product manager in fulfilling his day to day responsibilities by preparing the required analysis and extending assist to outdoor sales team regarding their office assignments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing the monthly battery orders and send it to ACDelco product manager for approval.
  • Follow up on a daily basis (LME) London metal exchange Lead price for a battery price bench mark and price forecasting analysis reports.
  • Prepare varies product related reports to help the product manager in taking both strategic and tactical decision including sales, profitability, and inventory movement reports.
  • Preparing monthly claims, and profitability analysis.
  • Process all wholesale customer orders including deliveries and invoices according to the predetermined discount rate and sales quota plan and customers delivery schedule.
  • Track supplier (MEBCo.) invoices, and payment schedule with the finance department.

Education

Bachelor Degree

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Experience:

  • Two years

Job specific Skills:

  • Knowledge of trading in parts & accessories, possibly educational background as a specialist in the sale of parts.
  • Driving license.
  • Knowledge of parts counters procedures, such as requiring prepayment for special orders, etc.
  • Ability to search parts numbers or to use the computer and standard catalogs.
  • Ability to accurately track parts.
  • Ability to monitor lost sales for inventory control.
