Job Role

To sell parts, accessories and to advise individual or corporate customers on the purchase of parts and accessories that accurately meets their needs and achieves a high rate of customer satisfaction while maintaining a high sales and profit volume.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a company representative in handling and solving customer’s problems and inquires according to his designated authorities.
  • Be suitably attired with a friendly and helpful approach towards the customer.
  • Collect market data on competitive product innovations, prices changes, sales promotions, catalogs and advertising for personal sales effectiveness and corporate market intelligence.
  • Collect market data to help in identifying market direction, tendency and needs to reduce lost sales.
  • Deliver and pick up parts for customers, other workshops or departments.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity to help increasing sales opportunities.
  • Follow-up for collection of payment.
  • Handel key customer’s monthly orders and follow up on their back orders to maintain desired satisfaction level.
  • Handles customer complaints and informs his supervisor.
  • Keep on going effort to create new sales opportunities while maintain excel customers satisfaction level with existing customers.
  • Keeps informed about technical and parts matters through the latest parts sales information and catalogues.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent is prefrable

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Experience:

  • Must be having at least 1 years in sales, preferably in parts

Job specific Skills:

  • Knowledge of trading in parts & accessories, possibly educational background as a specialist in the sale of parts.
  • Driving license.
  • Ability to receive, establish rapport, and determine and attend to customers'' needs.
  • Identifies with company and marques values; open, outgoing nature; flexible and
  • Highly motivated; manner and appearance; reliable, obliging, effective conversation skills, radiates professionalism, ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to match customers'' needs with appropriate parts or service.
  • Knowledge of parts counters procedures, such as requiring prepayment for special orders, etc.
  • Ability to search parts numbers or to use the computer and standard catalogs.
  • Ability to accurately track parts.
  • Ability to monitor lost sales for inventory control.
  • Knowledge of procedures for ordering special parts or parts with no published parts numbers.
  • Knowledgeable in general office equipment.
  • Fluency in English.
