Summary
Accountant supports the finance function by ensuring accurate processing, recording, and reporting of financial transactions in line with company policies.
Tasks
Analyze aged debtor data, identify root causes, resolve outstanding payments, escalate complex issues.
Track progress against budgets and report variances.
Gather, monitor and analyze risk data and recommend investigation.
Organize and prepare complex documents; gather/summarize data for reports.
Arrange actions, meetings, events and materials to support stakeholder understanding.
Evaluate costs and identify variances or opportunities to improve profitability.Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven ability to work independently.
