Job Role

Develop and implement selling plan, covering assigned accounts and area, to attain orders received and key objectives established annually within defined budget and time requirements
Plans, Maintains and assesses dealer performance through evaluation and developmental activities to ensure execution of efficient business process with MAG Quality standards and CI

Job Responsibilities

  • Actively collaborate with wholesales manager in creating an enabling and positive work environment, where individuals present a high level of accountability and are working together as a single team to realize MAG values and goals
  • Assist in planning and participates in marketing shows, dealer shows, exhibits, and displays
  • Assist wholesales management in staff development planning and execution, ensuring staff skills are up to date through periodic technical training as offered by the brand manufacturer/s and MAG HR
  • Assists dealers in establishing wholesale and retail goals, creating market demand within their area, proper stocking, and developing and implementing retail sales plans
  • Ensure the image of the brand in each point of sale including visual merchandising, display, image of the points of sale, positioning of the brand, location of the brand in the stores
  • Identify, assess and cultivate new wholesales business opportunities to increase market share, sales and profitability, develop and support marketing program
  • Implement area wholesales plan to maximize sales revenue and volume through analysing accounts performances, monitoring competitor activities, market trends and find new business opportunities
  • Manages administrative reporting and analysis needed by management to monitor assigned business area
  • Monitor market environment and implement sales forecasts for wholesales business in the assigned business area
  • Promotes financially stable dealer network and reports and responds to dealer needs. including reports problems, status, and attitudes of the dealer network to management
  • Responsible for the planning and implementation of personnel requirements in the assigned area (recruitment / dismissal) after agreeing with wholesales manager, and ensure performance is managed and talent is nurtured


Bachelor Degree in Marketing
Adequate university degree in Business or Relevant field of study preferred

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in operations of Automotive (sales or service) or relevant experience
  • Dealership Management experience strongly preferred

  • Valid driver's license required
