Job Role

Credit and Operations are responsible for processing the loan. He/ She will receive the file from Sales Officer, initiate Verifications, Arrange the file in order for approval, coordinate with Vendors like Insurance and Tracking for initiation, check whether the documents are genuine and information’s not faked, take approval and release the bike to the customer. He/ She will also be responsible for Data entry in the system.

Job Responsibilities

  • Check the Monthly Insurance billing, Tracking installation billing. Detailed Data Entry in the software
  • Credit Responsibility - To do DIP checking, He/She will check the login of file, whether the required documents are submitted as per policy, information is matching with the documents submitted.
  • Ensure the Insurance sticker initiation, Information to Tracking Vendor for installation and ensure tracking device is active before release of the bike and Follow up Permit processing
  • Follow up insurance Sticker received and updated in the Software
  • Initiate TVR and FI simultaneously, ensure TVR is done & FI report is followed up and documented within TAT
  • Operations Responsibility – Early Defaulters – Calling and Visiting the customer – Analysis and giving feedback for policy changes.
  • Operations Responsibility – Manual Updating in the master Dump
  • Proper file arrangement, ensuring Agreement printing and signing, Training the customer with regard to the do’s and don’t’s, agreement clause, Penalty clause, repayment method etc
  • To compare the credit information and recommending for approval

Education

Bachelor Degree in Relevant field of study preferred

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Experience:

  • Two years of Experience in Credit and Operations  – preferably in TW Loan
  • Good Experience in Customer Service and File Processing

 

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Excellent customer service and Communication Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication – Local Language, Uganda
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Expert Level
