Job Role

 

Plan and manage allocated inventory and demand processes to ensure that customer service targets are met at a minimum operating cost, with optimum stock levels. Establish robust demand forecasts by using relevant statistical tools and market and sales information, such as planned sales orders, customer contracts, intercompany standing orders, promotional activity, seasonality, brand changes, etc. Cooperate with personnel (sales, marketing, customer service) to deliver accurate, demand-driven forecast plans. Conduct analysis of sales forecasts, together with marketing and finance insight; report on forecast accuracy; and coordinate updates by managing demand changes from key areas within the targeted business

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintains an accurate and up-to-date inventory control system on a daily basis.
  • Prepare monthly regular orders suggestion and submit to product managers (W/S and aftersales).
  • Products inventory and Local purchase reports
  • Provides general administrative support by generating special or regular reports to help product managers to optimizing their sales activates and sock levels such.
  • Receive and study regular purchase requisitions (PR) (Sea/GME) from product manager and authorized sales personal.
  • Receive, study and approve Air freight purchase requisitions (PR)
  • Receive, study and approve emergency purchase requisitions (PR)
  • Set and maintain stock levels per item according to inventory metrics
  • Submit final purchase requisition to inventory manager for review and approval.

Education

Bachelor Degree

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Experience:
0 - 2 years working experience, preferably in automotive industry or supply chain organization

Job specific Skills:

  • Strong speaking, writing, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and make decisions.
  • Adapted with computer software, especially databases and spreadsheets.
  • Fair understanding of automotive parts application/usage
  • Ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines
