Job Role

The main role of Quality Compliance Auditor is examining and inspecting facilities, systems, procedures, and processes in Showrooms and Service Centers (owned and independent/authorized) through a standardized and planned assessment programs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Discuss audit findings and recommendations with concerned outlet management.
  • Identify areas for improvements, suggest actions and discuss implementation plans with the concerned persons.
  • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results highlighting issues and problems and distribute them to concerned stakeholders.
  • Prepare annual audit plan (2 rounds) and determine scope of audit.
  • Provide an independent, unbiased and objective view of the compliance to the manufacturer and Mansour standards and guidelines in all outlets (showrooms and Service centres).
  • Support the go-live of implementation.
  • Visit the different outlets (Owned by MAC or authorized) around the country to monitor and evaluate how well the manufacturer and Mansour standards and guidelines are followed and complied with.
  • Suggest areas of localization or improvements.


Bachelor Degree

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Experience:

  • Proper understanding of Automotive Sales and/or After Sales operations.
  • Knowledge and understanding of manufacturer’s Sales and Service standards and guidelines is an advantage.
  • Computer Proficiency is a must.

Job specific Skills:

  • Positive professional attitude.
  • Sound independent judgment.
  • Ability to compile audit reports and presentations.
  • Good knowledge of business English in word and writing.
