Job Role

Assist in the planning, budgeting & sales analyzing to meet organization objectives.

Conduct periodic LTL parts studies Vs competitor models and Vs market alternatives to ensure competitive end user prices.
Deal with any supply-related queries, including discontinued and superseded parts, liaising with Technical to ensure alternatives are provided
Ensure arrival dates are maintained accurately and promptly within our systems to allow the business to provide a first-class service to customers.
Monitor our orders progress and expedite inbound supplies with the Supplier.
Place Purchase Orders within agreed cost, lead time and stockholding parameters.
Preparing & follow up initial and supplementary orders for new vehicles launches in accordance with the pre-set appointments in the new vehicle’s readiness plan
Preparing the list of parts that needed to be covered by alternative suppliers & review the quality of the parts provided from them & assist in the price positioning to keep our market share.
Regular attendance at supplier meetings to assist in improving processes.
Work closely with TAC Engineers to review part`s technical issues, follow up Parts consumption rate through warranty & raise the issues with the supplier to provide break points

Bachelor Degree

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience, some college preferred.

Minimum Experience:

Previous proven in sales experience or customer service in vehicles field is preferably.
