Job Role

Verify the PDI process is performed and vehicles are OK before delivery

Demonstrate comprehension of techniques, Skills, process , Equipment , Tools ,procedure and materials necessary to perform job.
Facilitate the needs for PDI team members & Knowing the area of growth
Follow up the PDI operation process & apply PDI standard and templets
Make PDI technical report on monthly basis about GM product defects and send it to GM quality team
Make Physical count to hand tools for technicians semi-annual and evaluate Depreciation/Replacement
Mentoring the PDI team to serve the PDI Stations” Abu-Rawash / Polaris / Amerya / Km 59
Sending PDI team member to GM Plant to make visual inspection for vehicles and report the defects
Supporting the warehouse team in following Cars that repaired in service centre

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent is prefrable

Minimum Experience:
One year in Automotive Career
