Summary

MAG Graduate Development Program is Al-Mansour Automotive Group's structured entry point for recent university graduates. Over 6 months, participants rotate through real, hands-on assignments in their assigned track, receive dedicated mentorship from senior professionals, and build the functional and leadership skills needed to grow into a permanent role at one of Egypt's leading automotive groups.

Applicants are assigned their departments based on their major. Each track is run by its department and tailored to the skills that function needs, while sharing the same program structure, training calendar, and mentorship model.

  • Finance —  Support budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis across MAG's business units.
  • Supply Chain—  Work across procurement, logistics, and inventory planning for MAG's automotive operations.
  • Sales & Marketing —  Contribute to brand campaigns, dealer support, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Human Resources —  Get involved in talent management, organization development, and employee engagement.
  • Engineering —  Support technical and after-sales service functions across MAG's automotive brands.
  • Information Technology —  Assist with systems, digital tools, and data projects supporting the wider business.

Tasks

  • Take on real assignments and projects within your track from day one, under the guidance of an assigned mentor
  • Rotate across core functions within your department to build a well-rounded view of the business
  • Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations that support your team's day-to-day decisions
  • Attend structured training sessions covering technical skills, business acumen, and professional development
  • Present your progress and learning at scheduled check-ins with department and program leadership

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a field relevant (e.g. Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Computer Science)
  • Graduated within the last year (2025)

Experience

  • Fresh graduate, or up to one year of relevant internship or work experience
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
  • Able to commit to the full 6-month program
  • Males should have their military status as "Complete"
