Tasks
- Support the assigned team with daily administrative or operational tasks.
- Collect, organize, and update data or documents.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, trackers, or summaries.
- Attend meetings or briefings when required.
- Take meeting notes and follow up on action items.
- Conduct basic research or benchmarking when needed.
- Support simple analysis or process mapping activities.
- Shadow employees to understand workflows and business practices.
- Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
- Share observations or improvement ideas when relevant.
Education
- University student, preferably in third or fourth year
- Open to different academic backgrounds depending on the assigned function
