Job Role

Overseas the receipt, storage, requisitioning and disbursement of spare parts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop availability level and inventory turns through multiple tactical and operational inventory metrics
  • Maintains an accurate and up-to-date inventory control system on a daily basis.
  • Monitor sales product manager forecast accuracy and analyze deviation root cause
  • Performs inventory researches and reports discrepancies
  • Provides general administrative support by generating special or regular reports to help product managers to optimizing their sales activates and sock levels.
  • Set and maintain stock levels per item according to inventory metrics.
  • Set the statistical formulas that integrate sales forecast data to replenishment, safety stock and stock levels.

Education

Bachelor Degree

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in warehouse work.
  • At least one (1) year in lead position of some type.

Job specific Skills:

  • Operating experience of primary MHE (Forklift, Trucks).
  • Forklift license will be an added advantage.
  • Class 3 license will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Familiar with MS office tools.
