As a Wholesale Executive, you will drive and achieve sales goals by building and developing relationships with existing and new customers within your specific sales territory. In this role, you will handle all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to sales closing and account management
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver new vehicles to customers. Ensure the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork and make sure that the client is satisfied and fulfilling his needs, in additional if a courtesy call after delivery
- Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and being devoted to guaranteeing customer satisfaction
- Participate in departmental and company sponsored events such as exhibitions, trade shows, product displays and seminars. And Represent the company on official assignments and events as may be delegated by the line manager
- Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
- Manage the tender portfolio within the company and monitoring tender submissions and participation
- Understand the dealerships inventory on a daily basis and the usage of SAP
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, and Online dealer trainings; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Demonstrates behaviors’ consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers and adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
- Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of clients and products
- Daily Follow-up the newspaper in order to conclude all of the tender announcements, and to participate in that tenders
- Following-up the outstanding payment either the governmental payments or the corporate accounts, and the outstanding due cheques
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual market analyses
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc
- Obtain new clients by doing visits and knocking the doors either in the city or up-country
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management
- Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers
Education
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Experience
3+ years of Automotive sales experience

- Experience providing quality customer service
- Professional appearance
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in SAP is an additional advantage
