Job Role

To support the efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of automotive spare parts within the warehouse. The role ensures accurate inventory handling, proper storage conditions, and timely delivery of parts to internal and external customers, maintaining compliance with company standards and safety procedures

Job Responsibilities

  • Complete routine packaging tasks and assist others by following established procedures under supervision
  • Deliver basic warehouse and store tasks under supervision to ensure all goods and supplies are stored and recorded in line with established procedures
  • Develop and maintain excellent skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching
  • Follow a range of mandatory work instructions (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the well-being of self and others
  • Follow a straightforward mandatory procedure to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct
  • Operate various equipment and machines, adjusting one or more variables to achieve efficiency.
  • Transport goods and supplies on site, or to other sites, or to customers, working within established procedures to ensure on-time delivery of goods and supplies

Education

High School Education in Production, quality, industrial
Diploma in Supply Chain

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or automotive spare parts environment
  • Exposure to parts catalogues, ERP/DMS systems (e.g., SAP, Autoline) is preferred
  • Experience in stock control, receiving, and dispatch processes
  • Prior work in an automotive dealership or an after-sales environment is an advantage

Skills

  • Knowledge of automotive spare parts identification and storage standards
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles
  • Proficiency in warehouse documentation and data entry
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock
  • Teamwork and communication skills
